Application of New Hot Runner Flow Regulation System Technology
1、 Traditional problems:
There are some problems in the traditional production mode of centrifugal fan blades, such as serious waste of runner materials, low product qualification rate and poor dynamic balance of products· The fine nozzle cold runner is adopted for glue feeding, which produces a lot of waste materials and wastes raw materials seriously· After pressure maintaining, one chamber is overweight, the product qualification rate is low, and the product dynamic balance is between 0.4-0.5. After the molten plastic enters the splitter plate, due to the processing error, the temperature difference of the splitter plate and other factors, there will be an imbalance of glue feeding in the actual production.
2、 Solution:
1. The throttle valve controls the flow of the splitter plate.
2. The compound motion structure of oil cylinder gear sprue sleeve controls the flow balance of runner.
3、 Technical improvement effect:
1. The hot runner is converted to the cold runner for one-step hub type rubber feeding. The rubber feeding of the two chambers is balanced, and the dynamic balance of the single chamber is high. The weight of the the first mock examination nozzle is 14g. Compared with the three plate mold, the waste of the runner is reduced by about 50g. The compound movement structure of the oil cylinder gear gate sleeve ensures that the gate is automatically cut off. The product molding cycle is 20 seconds shorter than the traditional one out two structure. Taking the production of 100000 mold products with one set of mold as an example, the production time of 47 shifts will be reduced.
2. The dynamic balance is more stable, kept within 0.3, higher than the standard of Gree 0.5, and the product qualification rate is up to 98%; The 450T injection molding machine is also used, saving customers’ injection molding machine resources;
3. To save runner waste, a set of mold can be used to produce 100000 products, which can save 4.9T materials. The new hot runner system can be used in other products that are difficult to solve the problem of rubber feeding balance, such as cross flow fan blades, to greatly increase the output of fan blades.
4. For large products such as axial flow fan blades, if the flow of a single blade is unbalanced, the hot runner throttle valve can be used for adjustment on the machine to avoid repeated loading and unloading, mold repair and mold removal.
