Daily precautions for injection molding staff
1: In daily production, we will have environmentally friendly products, and the corresponding labels shall be marked with “ROHS”. If personnel need to leave the machine in the daily production process, they must be replaced or watched.
2: Shutdown for more than 30 hours (more than 10 minutes in summer):
A. Block the discharge opening of the barrel 10 to 15 minutes before the shutdown and measurement (depending on the weight of the product) to minimize the amount of material stored in the barrel before the shutdown and reduce waste;
B. When the surplus material of the material pipe is produced (the last the first mock examination machine will give an alarm because the material storage is not in place, and open the safety door after the alarm sounds.) After that, when the mold opens automatically, take out the product and switch the machine to manual state.
C. Press the ejection key to exit the ejection seat to the end point of ejection seat, and press the ejection key to finish the residual material of the material pipe.
D Press the mold closing key to close the mold slightly until it contacts the mold surface (do not raise high pressure, and do not straighten the bent arm; for the mold with neutron, the dispatcher must do this work)
E Close the water path of the mold (it is forbidden to step on the exposed water pipe behind the machine when closing the water path)
F Turn off the power of the motor (do not turn off the electric heater)
3: How to use labels during production:
A The label must be filled with the workshop name, product name, product number, product quantity, production date, manufacturer’s shift and job number (the hole number must be indicated for those that need to be packaged separately)
B Labels must be pasted neatly and uniformly on the top right of the carton
C Only one label is allowed on a packaging box (the latest label, the old label should be removed.)
