Plastic mold common surface treatment process
1. Polishing (polish)

2. Sparkle pattern (Thin Fire Texture)

3. Chemical etching (Texture)
Soak the spray patterned mold and the mold with film in the chemical solution, which will corrode the bright color part of the mold, and the surface of the mold will be black after corrosion.
4. Plating
It is the use of electrolysis to deposit metal or alloy on the surface of the workpiece to form a uniform, dense, well-bonded metal layer process, which is plating.
5. Sand Blasting
Sand blasting is a kind of workpiece surface treatment process, using compressed air as the power to form a high-speed jet to tell the spray material sprayed onto the surface of the workpiece to be treated, so that the appearance or shape of the workpiece surface is changed.
