1. Core rotating type two-color injection molding technology
This technology is also called rotating core two-color injection molding technology. The principle of this technology is to inject the first raw material plastic into the small hole of the mold with the injection equipment, and wait for it to become the first plastic. The basic two-color injection work is completed. This technology is simple to use and operate, and can be freely operated by trained workers. It also greatly enhances the freedom of design of plastic products, and can be processed with simple tools.
2. Shrink mold core type two-color injection technology
Shrink mold core type two-color injection molding technology mainly uses a hydraulic device to compress the mold. First, under the control of the hydraulic device, the core that can move up and down is pushed and pressed like a piston to the top rising position, and the plastic material is injected. This technique of pressing plastic products is initially completed, after which the molded plastic parts will be removed for subsequent processing and production. The operation of this technology is also relatively simple, but the timing of the hydraulic device movement must be controlled.
3. Principle of rotating two-color injection technology for the release plate
This technique starts with the injection of the first raw material before the work is carried out. During the injection, the other parts of the mold will be molded together, and the mold will also be gradually cut off and separated when the injection is carried out. The latter part of the insert will gradually recede, but still exist on the part of the release plate, while the mold dynamically recedes and cools and falls off after the path of the top bar and the pulling granule bar part of the whole injection molding machine, and the 1st part is completed; the next step is the injection operation of the 2nd part, which is roughly the same as the 1st The next step is the injection of the second part, which is roughly the same as the first part, but the second injection uses two nozzles to inject at the same time, and when it is cured, the two parts are ejected together to complete one injection cycle.
4. Core sliding two-color injection technology
The core sliding type two-color injection technology works by classifying the cores into two parts. The cores are slid to the designated position for the first injection, and the mold is closed for injection. And the transmission device slides the 1st core out, slides the 2nd core to the cavity part, and then carries out the 2nd plastic injection, and when it cools and forms, it completes one injection cycle, and then slides the finished product of the two compositions out of the ejector. This technology mode is more suitable for large two-color injection molded plastic parts.
